FAQ

1.

What is Curex?

Chevron
Curex is an innovative telehealth platform that unites allergy clinicians, allergy-testing labs and leading pharmacies for your convenience.
2.

How long has Curex been in business?

Chevron
Curex launched during the COVID pandemic, when our allergy clinicians wanted to start offering more convenient and affordable allergy and asthma care for everyone. Since then we have attracted more than 20,000 customers from every U.S. state. Our service has been audited and endorsed by LegitScript.com.
3.

What services do you offer?

Chevron
Curex clinicians can prescribe medications to your local pharmacy.  We also order diagnostic IgE tests to determine what is causing your symptoms, either in your local lab or at home. Lastly, we provide convenient and affordable immunotherapy treatment; the treatment is an alternative to allergy shots shipped from our pharmacy to your home.
4.

What conditions do you treat?

Chevron
We focus on indoor and outdoor allergies caused by environmental or inhalant allergies, like those caused by pollens, weeds, grasses, dust times, molds and pets. We also treat allergic asthma and atopic dermatitis, as these conditions are closely related to allergies.
5.

What is immunotherapy?

Chevron
Immunotherapy is a longstanding form of treatment that aims to meaningfully reduce the underlying cause of indoor/outdoor allergies and related conditions. Immunotherapy is frequently practiced by using FDA-approved allergens for shots or allergy tablets. Treatment plans are customized to the individual patient based on medical profile, test results, and lifestyle needs.
6.

Do you accept insurance?

Chevron
While services on the Curex platform are not currently covered by insurance, the prices are frequently lower than most health plans' co-pays. We accept HSA/FSA payments for all services we provide.
7.

What are your cancellation and refund policies?

Chevron
You can cancel your membership and subscription at any time. All you have to do is message our team and notify us about needing to pause or cancel the subscription. No pharmacy products are eligible for refunds once they have been dispensed.
