Take a short quiz, talk to your concierge, and complete an allergy test, or upload results you already have.

You begin with a short online questionnaire about your (or your child's) allergy history and symptoms. A dedicated concierge then calls to help you complete it, answer any questions about the program, and make sure it's a good fit. Finally, we set you up with an allergy test, or, if you've been tested recently, you can simply upload your existing results.

Build Your Plan

Your allergist reviews your results, meets you on video, and creates your personalized prescription.

An allergist reviews your test results and clinical history, then meets with you over a video call to discuss the findings and answer your questions. If treatment is right for you, the doctor creates a personalized prescription. After this session, you decide whether you want to start treatment.

Two minutes of daily drops at home, refills shipped every 3 months, and regular check-ins with your clinical team.

Your personalized allergy drops arrive at your door, with fresh refills shipped every three months. Treatment takes about two minutes a day: drops under the tongue, from home, no injections or clinic visits. Every 2-3 months you'll have a call with your clinical team to review progress, step up your dose when you're ready, and get support whenever you need it.

Graduate

After 3-5 years, take a supervised oral food challenge at one of our Centers of Excellence and start eating what you once avoided.

After 3-5 years of treatment, you're referred to one of our Centers of Excellence for a medically supervised oral food challenge, where you eat gradually increasing amounts of the allergen in a safe, controlled setting. If you pass, you can begin regularly eating small amounts of the food and continue maintenance desensitization to keep your tolerance. If you're not quite ready, you simply continue treatment until you are ready. Graduation waits for you, not the other way around.

Daily sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) drops, taken under the tongue at home. Every bottle is custom-formulated by Allergychoices to your test results, and doses rise gradually under Curex allergist supervision, teaching real tolerance one small exposure at a time.
Yes. We treat children from age 2 as well as adults, and a large share of our food-allergy members are kids. Sublingual drops suit children well: there are no injections and no clinic visits, the daily dose takes about two minutes under the tongue, and a parent can give it at home. Children are screened by a physician and supervised exactly as adults are, with dose increases made by the clinical team. Under 2, we are not able to enrol yet.
SLIT has one of the gentlest safety profiles in allergy treatment, which is why it can be taken at home. Doses are microscopic, escalation is gradual, and every patient is screened and supervised by a physician throughout, with an emergency action plan in place. Side effects are usually mild and local, like brief itching under the tongue. Your clinician reviews all of this with you before the first dose.
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. Sublingual immunotherapy is desensitization: it trains the immune system to tolerate gradually larger exposures, with the goal of protecting against accidental contact and expanding what daily life can safely include. Epinephrine remains part of every food allergy plan, before, during, and after treatment.
Because retraining an immune system is a biological process, not a purchase. Tolerance is built through thousands of small, safe, rising exposures. The program ends with a covered, physician-supervised Oral Food Challenge that proves the progress.
Oral immunotherapy (OIT) delivers doses by eating the allergen, usually with repeated in-clinic escalation visits and observation hours. SLIT delivers micro-doses under the tongue at home, with a gentler side-effect profile and physician supervision by telehealth. For many families the honest difference is practical: SLIT is the protocol you can actually sustain for three years.
$5,000 for the full 3-year program: testing, custom drops, physician oversight, and the graduation Oral Food Challenge. Monthly plans are available for qualified applicants, so you can spread the cost over the program. The qualifier is free; a $50 consultation is booked only if your case is a fit, with 50% refunded if you are not selected.
A private 30-minute telehealth consultation where a clinician reviews your qualifier answers and allergy history and determines whether your case is a fit for this month's intake. If your case is not selected for the program, 50% of the consultation fee is refunded.
Adults and children ages 2 and up. Beyond age, acceptance requires physician screening: allergy history, testing results, and overall health picture all factor in. Some cases are not a fit, and we will tell you so directly. The 60-second qualifier is the first filter; a Curex clinician makes the final call.
