In modern, food-secure populations, this syndrome is essentially nonexistent. The nutrients that genuinely deserve your attention on GLP-1 therapy are protein, choline, vitamin D, riboflavin, and iron—nutrients where real at-risk populations exist and where reduced intake can tip you into insufficiency.
