Yes. After each injection you must remain available for 30 minutes to watch for reactions. During Virtual Shot Room sessions (first dose, new vials/concentrations, restarts) that 30 minutes is supervised on-video with clinical staff. For routine injections within an established vial, you self-monitor at home. You should also avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and hot showers or saunas for about 4 hours after dosing.
Injections are permitted Monday–Friday within approved hours only, and only when you can complete the full 30-minute post-injection observation. There are also "do not inject" situations: if your epinephrine auto-injector is not on hand, if you are feeling ill or running a fever, if you are experiencing wheezing or active asthma symptoms, or if you have had a significant reaction since your last dose. On those days, contact your Curex care team instead.
