It’s time to get tested for your allergies!

You’re almost ready to get your personalized treatment! The quicker you can get your test, the sooner our clinicians can reach out to you. Here are some instructions to help you with the process.

Read Before You Get an In-Lab Allergy Test

Allergy testing is billed by our lab partners and not by Curex. Please verify your insurance coverage with the lab before getting tested to avoid high co-pays. In rare instances, labs might offer a cash option that can be more affordable than using insurance.

If you prefer to self-pay for the test, Curex has negotiated a $199 cash price. Please let us know before you order the test. If self-pay is not selected prior to getting the test, your insurance will be billed & we will not be able to switch you to self-pay. Please verify your out-of-pocket estimates with the assigned testing provider to determine which option is cheaper in your situation.

We have already uploaded your test requisition to the Quest Diagnostics system. Just don't forget to bring your insurance card and your ID when you visit the lab.

This is a critical step to get your treatment ready as soon as possible! Please make sure to bring your lab requisition with you. If you have trouble finding your test order, please contact hi@getcurex.com.

Many of these labs take walk-in’s, but some do require an appointment. To learn more about appointments you can visit the Quest Diagnostics page.

Make sure to select “all other tests” or “routine lab work” when asked which testing you’d like to complete.

If you are uninsured or in a rural area where a lab is not available please text +1-857-2401-080 to discuss an alternative test option.

The order includes testing for trees, grasses, weeds, molds, dust, cat, and dog. We are unable to accommodate food allergy testing at external labs and we are unable to add foods to this order.The test results are typically processed in 3-5 business days. Please reach out if it has been more than 7 business days and your results are not yet available in MyCurex.

  2. Enter your location to find a lab near you.
  3. Choose a location, date and time that works for you.
  4. Enter your contact details.
  5. Provide your insurance details if applicable.
  6. Click “Continue” to schedule your appointment.
