Day 1: Walking & Stationary Cycling
- Walking: 30 minutes at a moderate pace
- Stationary Cycling: 20 minutes, moderate intensity
Day 2: Elliptical Training & Aqua Aerobics
- Elliptical Training: 25 minutes, low resistance
- Aqua Aerobics: 30 minutes in the pool
Day 3: Swimming & Circuit Training
- Swimming: 20 minutes freestyle or backstroke
- Circuit Training: Squats, lunges, step-ups - 3 circuits
Day 4: Hiking & Low-impact Aerobics
- Hiking: 45 minutes on easy trails
- Low-impact Aerobics: 20 minutes class
Day 5: Rowing & Stepper Machine
- Rowing: 15 minutes, steady pace
- Stepper Machine: 20 minutes, moderate step rate
Day 6: Aqua Aerobics & Walking
- Aqua Aerobics: 30 minutes in the pool
- Walking: 25 minutes, brisk pace
Day 7: Rest or Light Activity
- Light Yoga or Stretching: 15-20 minutes
- Leisurely Walk: 20 minutes if desired
