Hives
Hives are characterized by raised, red, itchy welts on the skin. They can appear anywhere on the body and may vary in size. Hives are usually an indication of an allergic reaction to a drug or substance including bronchodilators.
Difficulty Breathing or Swallowing

Swelling
Swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat is a common symptom of an allergic reaction. The severity can vary, but in some cases, it can be severe enough to impair breathing.
Rash or Itchiness
An allergic reaction to bronchodilators can lead to a rash, which is often itchy. The rash may appear as red, blotchy patches on the skin and might be accompanied by flakes or scales.
Abdominal Pain
This symptom is characterized by a sharp or dull feeling of discomfort in the region of the stomach. It may accompany other symptoms such as diarrhea or vomiting, especially if the patient is seriously allergic to the medication.
Nausea and Vomiting
During a severe allergic reaction to bronchodilators, an individual may experience nausea and vomiting. This occurs as the body attempts to remove the allergen. Persistent vomiting can result in dehydration, which may require medical intervention.
